Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption. Fletcher’s Restaurant cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed vouchers.

Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Vouchers must be redeemed in a single transaction. No change or credit will be given for any unused balance.

If the total bill exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by the guest using another accepted payment method.

Advance booking is required and all reservations are subject to availability. Please contact the restaurant directly to make a booking.

This voucher is valid seven days per week, however excludes peak dates including but not limited to Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, bank holidays, Easter weekend, and the Christmas and New Year period, or any date when a special event menu or themed afternoon tea is being offered.

Blackout dates may apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Vouchers must be used within the validity period stated on the voucher. Expired vouchers cannot be accepted and no extensions will be granted.

If a reservation made using a voucher is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, Fletcher’s Restaurant reserves the right to treat the voucher as redeemed.
